roasted tomato salsa Recipe
Things you will need:
- 4-5 fresh tomatoes.
- 1/2 cup of lime juice.
- 1 chopped red onion.
- 1 cup of chopped cilantro.
- 1 tsp of black pepper.
- 1 tsp of salt.
- 1 tsp of garlic powder.
- 1 tsp of cummin.
- 1 tsp of chopped fresh garlic.
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- Food processor or blender
Instructions:
- Cut tomatoes and onions in to wedges.
- Mix vegetables in bowl with oil to coat the vegetables.
- Place vegetables on a baking sheet and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Roast in oven at 350 degrees, until vegetables start to turn brown and roasted.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- In food processor/blender add vegetables, lime juice, fresh garlic, and cilantro.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and eat with chips
