Herbal Tea Kit

Instructions

Drying herbs for Herbal Tea blend:

  1. Cut a string around 12 to 18 inches long.  
  2. Separate your herbs into bundles, manageable enough to be tied together neatly. 
  3. Hang your herb bundles in a cool and dry place with minimal direct sunlight.  
  4. Your herbs will be totally dry in two to three weeks. 

Crafting Herbal Tea blend:

  •  Simply mix all the herbs together with provided tea leaves and store in an airtight container.

Tea Blends

Lemon Grass & Mint

 

  1. 3 lemongrass stalks, dried and cut into small pieces.
  2. Strip Small bundle of mint leaves.
  3. 1 Pack tea leaves.
  4. 1 stick of honey.


Relives Anxiety - Helps Lower Cholesterol - Fights Migraines Headaches.

Lavender & Chamomile

 

  1. Strip small bundle of lavender flowers and leaves.
  2. small handful of chamomile, using only the flower heads
  3. 1 Pack tea leaves.
  4. 1 stick of honey


 Induces Calming - Fights Migraines headaches - Reducing Inflammation. 

Cranberry Hibicus & Lemon Grass

  1. 5-7 dried cranberry hibiscus leaves.
  2. 3 lemongrass stalks, dried and cut into small pieces.
  3. 1 Pack tea leaves.
  4. 1 stick of honey


 Helps Boost the Immune System - Improves Digestion - Reduce High Blood Pressure. 


sTeeping Instructions

To Brew Tea Blend:

  1. Measure 1 Teaspoon of you favorite tea blend
  2. Place Favorite blend into Tea ball/Tea bag.
  3. Add 8oz of fresh boiling water to a cup or mug.
  4. Use tea ball/tea bag to steep blend in hot water for 20 minutes.   
  5. Stir in Honey stick to sweeten.
  6. Add other additives such as lemon, lime, cinnamon, etc. if desired.
  7. ENJOY!
