Tomato and basil bruschetta Recipe
Things you will need:
- 4-5 fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 1 cup of balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup of shredded parmesan
Instructions:
- Dice tomatoes and red onion and place in a bowl.
- Add in basil and fresh garlic.
- Add seasonings.
- Mix in balsamic vinegar and vegetable oil.
- Top with shredded parmesan.
- Eat with crostini or crackers
